Delve's Associate Training Program is a rigorous, three-month, stipended journey designed to hone your research and communication skills in the dynamic world of public affairs. It is your chance to learn from the best and prepare for a role as a full-time Analyst. We are currently recruiting for our Summer Class, expected to start in June 2025.

• Politically astute with a keen interest in public policy.

• Relentlessly curious, armed with a strong desire to learn new concepts and subject matter and develop a deeper understanding of familiar subjects
• Detail-oriented, with a focus on delivering accurate and meaningful analysis
• Driven to make an impact, with a firm belief in the power of a robust free market to shape society.
• It’s a plus if you have exposure to a public affairs operation, such as a political campaign, association, lobbying or public affairs firm, or Congressional or state legislative office.

Your Role and Growth Path: As a Research Associate, you will:

• Undergo intensive training in best practices of open-source intelligence gathering and analysis.
• Support our analysts in creating in-depth reports on influential individuals and organizations across various sectors.
• Monitor and analyze the actions of key stakeholders, utilizing news and social media as well as primary sources.
• Assist in long-term projects, contributing to data collection, records requests, and preliminary analysis.
• Engage in ongoing skill development, even beyond the training program, to deepen your knowledge within key industry sectors and policy areas, such as energy, life sciences, financial services, Artificial Intelligence and other technology issues, and beyond.
