Job Description
The Coalitions Associate will directly support members of the Coalitions team Deputy Political Director for Coalitions & States and the Coalitions Director. The Coalitions Associate will track meetings, essential projects, and day to day functions of the team.
This role will help manage the campaign’s national programmatic efforts to reach, engage, and mobilize Irish American voters nationwide.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with scheduling, tracking, and information management for Coalition Directors
- Coordinate with various departments to ensure the timely execution of tasks assigned
- Assist with crafting and tracking agendas for key meetings
- Provide administrative and project management support to the states team
- Conduct research, review, and edit documents
- Work on special projects and other duties as assigned

- Deep knowledge of Google Suite
- Excellent organizational skills
- Experience supporting a principal
- Familiarity with political campaigns, volunteering or otherwise
- Willingness to execute on the small details that make big projects successful
- Public speaking and comfort in building new relationships.
- Innovative thinker, self-starter, and collaborative organizer.
- Accountable to deadlines, detail oriented, and a clear communicator.
- Strong interpersonal skills and comfort in building consensus.
