The purpose of this role is to assist and accelerate our rapidly growing eCommerce business by working across multiple stakeholders to bring promotional plans to life at Kroger. It will be instrumental to build strong relationships with internal teams including brand, shopper, sales, and central capabilities team and external teams including our customer, agency team, and vendors.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
The immediate area of focus for this role will be planning & execution of a General Mills eCommerce promotional strategy with Kroger. This includes using data to identify business opportunities, a deep understanding of customer capabilities, and an ability to connect the two in order to unlock exponential growth. In addition, you will:
Orchestrate strategies, priorities and business objectives across stakeholders
Serve as marketing expert and partner to sales team through thought leadership, insights and best practice sharing
Build retailer specific plans by overseeing creative briefs, managing project timelines and budgets
Attend and present at external customer meetings, assisting in selling in shopper marketing programs, events and GMI capabilities
Manage agency relationships
Work with internal cross-functional partners to build relationships between the eCommerce team, Brand Experience and Brand Marketing
