Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic, organized, and proactive individual to join our growing team as a Communications Associate. This is a Washington D.C. based role that reports to Bondi Partners global Director of Communications. The Communications Associate will support the firm’s internal and external communications as well as supporting delivery of client projects. The ideal candidate will excel in both strategic and operational aspects of communications and using digital platforms.

This is primarily an in-office position and the ideal candidate should also be flexible to accommodate occasional after hours and weekend events in the office and other locations in D.C. However, during non-peak times a responsive candidate will have flexibility to perform their duties from home one day per week.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Draft a range of content for both internal and client communications materials including newsletter content, press releases, reports, webpages, social media content, and video content.
  • Coordinate graphic design, digital, and print production of materials and collateral as required.
  • Assist in maintaining and updating the Bondi Partners’ website and social media accounts to ensure the content is dynamic and engaging.
  • Provide support to the government relations team in drafting succinct and timely policy papers and political analysis.
  • Oversee Bondi’s email database and manage communications with different stakeholder groups, including regular newsletters.
  • Implement reporting systems to track and analyze communications, both internally and for clients.
  • Oversee implementation of company-wide media monitoring.
  • Support planning and coordination of events including drafting and sending event invitations to targeted audiences, ensuring clear communication and effective outreach.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Political Science, or a related field.
  • One to three years experience with strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and under tight deadlines.
  • Exceptional interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.
  • Demonstrated ability to create and maintain collaborative and professional relationships.
  • Based in Washington, D.C.
