Here, you’ll use your consulting skills and experience to design, develop, produce, and consult on a variety of internal and external communication materials and media that supports veterans access to healthcare.

As the organizational advisor of all aspects of oral and written communications, you’ll oversee and develop materials to enhance the communications activities of the organization. You will assist with writing and editing content and act as a reviewer of artifacts to ensure alignment with quality standards. You will provide support to team activities to enhance efficiency of processes, the clarity of communications and delivery of quality content.

Your creative-thinking and business-oriented mindset will guide your client to inform key audiences by collaborating with a blended team of communications and government affairs support staff to ensure alignment in messaging across audiences and artifacts.

You Have:

  • 10+ years of experience in communications or journalism

  • Experience managing or writing about Information Technology related projects

  • Experience managing a project through the life cycle from ideation through execution

  • Experience coordinating meetings and working with various levels of stakeholders

  • Experience delivering a variety of communication tactics and strategies

  • Ability to write in a variety of communication tactics, including talking points, social media posts, and video scripts with AP editing skills

  • Ability to assist subject matter experts in translating complex topics into clear, approachable language

  • Public Trust

  • Bachelor’s degree

Nice If You Have:

  • Experience supporting the federal government

  • Experience supporting electronic health records

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $75,600.00 to $172,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees. This posting will close within 90 days from the Posting Date.
