Position Summary
The Digital Campaigns Manager at Pro-Choice Washington is critical to the success of our organization. The ideal candidate will be excited about being responsible for managing and maintaining our CRM database, Every Action, to support our communications, advocacy, and fundraising campaigns, and membership management.
The successful candidate will possess strong communication skills as well as data management and analysis skills. This is an excellent opportunity for growth within our organization, and we are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented individual who thrives in a quickly moving environment that is responsive to shifting political landscapes.
In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining large and complex databases containing donor information, membership data, and campaign analytics. You will also support our Communications Director for digital and email campaigns and provide insight to overall strategy, design, and execution across multiple channels. Your work will ensure that Pro-Choice Washington can achieve its goals by providing accurate and reliable data to support our communications, advocacy, and fundraising efforts.

Database Management
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Maintain and update EveryAction CRM database daily for accuracy and integrity of data.
- Design and implement member and donor surveys, analyze feedback, and report on engagement metrics.
- Create accessible data-driven reports to evaluate and improve the success of Pro-Choice Washington’s strategic initiatives.
- Develop and lead strategies to leverage member, donor, and activist data to advance organizational goals.
- Synchronize development revenue data from across platforms to ensure complete, consistent, and transparent donation records.
- Track engagement trends and develop strategies to support customer needs.
- Respond to member inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
- Improve efficiency with EveryAction team and platform interactions.
Required Skills for Success:
- Strong attention to detail.
- Experience with EveryAction CRM, NGP Voter Access Network (VAN), data entry, analysis, segmentation, and troubleshooting.
- Ability to design surveys, analyze data, create reports, and communicate results to stakeholders.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, proactive communication style, and ability to collaborate effectively.
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
- Knowledge of CRM and survey design best practices, trends, and ethical considerations.
Digital Campaigns
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Develop, execute, and own digital, email and social media campaigns, segmented list building and key audiences, and monitor performance.
- Collaborate across departments to support the success of Pro-Choice Washington’s events through digital marketing and recruitment.
- Manage Pro-Choice Washington’s online store and special marketing projects.
- Evaluate and analyze campaign results and present strategies to identify areas of improvement.
- Manage and update content on Pro-Choice Washington’s digital properties.
Required Skills for Success:
- Knowledge of digital marketing channels, social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, X), donor and volunteer behavior, and project management methodologies.
- Marketing and external lens
- Familiarity with MyCampaign, ThruText, or similar platforms.
- Ability to develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns.
- Ability to develop and implement segmentation strategies based on customer data.
- Ability to monitor and evaluate campaign performance using data analytics tools,
- Ability to manage website content and create compelling content for digital channels.
Organizational Support
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Support Pro-Choice Washington in-person events through coordinating registration, donor-interface platforms, and printed materials as needed.
- Support other operational and programmatic tasks as needed.

Work Environment
Must be able to stand, walk, sit, climb stairs, and occasionally lift 25+ pounds from floor to waist high. Work is primarily performed at home while operating standard office equipment. Occasional evenings and weekend work are likely. Quarterly in-person, travel within Washington state required.
