THE JOB:
As the Executive Assistant for our Government Affairs team, you will serve as a vital partner to high-level executives, ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of daily activities. Based in the heart of Washington, D.C., you’ll be responsible for managing complex schedules, coordinating domestic and international travel (including visa arrangements), preparing documents and presentations, and supporting our executives ensuring seamless day-to-day operations while delivering impeccable service.
THE DAY-TO-DAY:
- Executive Support: Provide high-level administrative support to executives, including managing complex calendars, scheduling meetings, and organizing conference calls.
- Travel Coordination: Plan and manage domestic and international travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, ground transportation, and visa applications.
- Office Operations: Deliver general office support to team members as needed, including preparing correspondence, presentations, forms, reports, and other documents.
- Systems Expertise: Utilize systems for travel management and expense tracking and reporting.
- Communication Excellence: Manage incoming calls with professional phone etiquette, coordinate communications, and build relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Team Collaboration: Act as a liaison and provide administrative support for departmental needs.
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:
- Must be based in the Washington D.C. area.
- High school diploma, GED or equivalent.
- At least 2 years of experience as an Executive Assistant or Administrative experience.

Pay Range:
The typical pay range for this role is:
Minimum - Maximum
$18.28 - $28.64Please keep in mind that this range represents the pay range for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual salary offer will take into account a wide range of factors, including location.
Should overtime be worked, employees are paid overtime pay in accordance with state requirements.
