Campaign Manager
North Shore Strategies – Florida’s 6th Congressional District
Compensation: $5,000 - $6,000 per month
Reports To: Director of Campaigns
Supportive Housing: Included, if necessary
North Shore Strategies seeks a dedicated and experienced Campaign Manager to lead our Democratic campaign team in the special election to represent Florida’s 6th Congressional District. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker, a strong communicator, and an expert in campaign management with a proven track record of success in electoral politics.
About the Role
As Campaign Manager, you will oversee all aspects of the campaign’s operations, from strategic planning to execution, while working closely with the candidate, senior advisors, and campaign staff. You will be responsible for ensuring the campaign stays on track to meet fundraising, outreach, and voter engagement goals.
Primary Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive campaign plan, including voter contact, field organizing, communications, fundraising, and digital strategy.
- Manage day-to-day campaign operations, including scheduling, budgeting, and staff management.
- Build and lead a diverse team of field organizers, volunteers, and consultants to meet campaign objectives.
- Oversee all voter outreach efforts, including canvassing, phone banking, and event planning.
- Collaborate with the finance team to implement effective fundraising strategies and meet financial goals.
- Work closely with the communications team to craft the campaign's message, oversee press relations, and manage social media presence.
- Ensure compliance with all campaign finance laws and reporting requirements.
- Analyze polling data, voter demographics, and other metrics to refine strategies and target key constituencies.
- Act as a key representative for the campaign in meetings with stakeholders, community leaders, and partner organizations.
- Foster a positive, inclusive, and results-driven team culture.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2-4 years of experience in campaign management or senior-level political campaign roles.
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate others.
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and adapt to changing priorities.
- Demonstrated knowledge of voter outreach strategies, digital campaign tools, and data analytics.
- Proven success in fundraising, including building donor relationships and hosting events.
- Familiarity with campaign finance regulations, especially FEC guidelines.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- A deep commitment to the values and mission of the Democratic Party.
- A valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle
- Florida ties or knowledge of Florida’s 6th Congressional District is a plus.
