MANAGER, CTC - YEEZY
Purpose & Relevance for the overall organization:
- Create and execute innovative go to market plans, merchandising strategies, and product rollouts to enable successful sell-thru of product ranges according to the category net sales and standard margin targets
- Forecast product ranges
- Act as the key business partner with BU creation teams, Brand Communications, Culture/Sports Marketing, Finance, Category Management market teams, and Global Channel partners thru key milestones, handovers and day to day.
- Communicate category business, product rollout and go to market plans to market teams and Global Channel partners.
- Support key brand/category strategies and projects through cross-functional collaboration and execution
Key Responsibilities of CTC Manager:
Plan:
- Create and support financial planning, innovative merchandising strategies, and product rollouts based on consumer insights, market trends, data analytics and healthy franchise management.
- Provide actionable commercial input to the product creation process and ensure necessary product ranges to drive innovation and awareness with consumer and achieve financial aspiration.
- Drive seasonal and yearly go to market and financial planning while also supporting BU strategic plans and initiatives
- Drive range planning and merchandising direction, and go to market strategy e.g. range segmentation, etc as well as financial forecasting
- Develop category seasonal/yearly plans and forecasts; identify and escalate any risks.
Launch:
- Build product launch plans to deliver long-term franchise health/commercialization.
- Drive satisfactory delivery of impactful sell-in and sell-out strategies and tools to markets/channels
- Support delivery of the required content/brand and strategic objectives on-time-in-full at key milestones, e.g Handover, Go Market Final Check, etc.
- Identify process issues and support process improvement activities
Land:
- Serve as thought partner to designated markets/channels in building category business plans and landing key brand/category priorities
- Collaborate with and support markets/channels to set and reach financial targets and KPI's
- Evaluate the markets/channels to ensure proper implementation of go to market strategies and mitigation of excess stock
- Regularly analyze and share business relevant information between global and markets
Projects:
- Support creation and updates of cross category strategic business plan to enable financial success through 2025 and beyond
- Participate in cross-functional and specific category projects
- Lead and support ad hoc work streams and projects as related to CTC area of business
- Support horizontal brand initiatives as appropriate

Requisite Education and Experience / Minimum Qualifications:
- University degree or equivalent education/experience
- 3-5 years relevant experience preferred
- Management experience preferred
