Management Analyst (Correspondence)

Summary

This position is located in the Executive Office of the President (EOP), Office of Management

and Budget (OMB), Office of the Director. The primary purpose of this position is to ensure the

control, coordination, and effective management of all incoming correspondence received in

OMB directed to and from the Director, Deputy Director, Chief of Staff, and other principals and

to serve as an advisor to the Director and other senior leaders.


Duties

As a Management Analyst (Correspondence), GS, 0343, 11, your typical work assignments may include the following:


Serves as the primary point of contact for oversight and management of inquiries and

requests received from a variety of sources.

Directs the development, implementation, and improvement of OMB's internal clearance policies and processes, including identifying automated and administrative systems, methods, and procedures that improve the flow of communications.

Evaluates the effectiveness of OMB's organizational processes. Initiates and coordinates organizational studies and committees; makes recommendations for changes in methods and procedures; and makes recommendations for major improvements in processes and methodology.
