Organizing Fellow The 2024 New Hampshire Democratic Party Coordinated Campaign is seeking Organizing Fellows to help ensure Democratic victories across the state in 2024. New Hampshire is a critical state in 2024 at all levels of the ballot - join us to elect Kamala Harris and Democrats up and down the ballot, regain the governorship and state legislative majorities in this year’s elections.

Your role will include:

● Recruit volunteers through phone banking, social media research, community meeting attendance, and office event planning.

● Build relationships with new and existing volunteers.

● Make direct voter contact, including contacting voters and collecting data.

● Support staff as needed in organizing tactics, digital and relational tactics, and administrative tasks.

● Participate in interactive and asynchronous training sessions, panels, and other learning and development activities.

● Other duties as assigned. We encourage you to apply if you’ve got a combination of the following (Previous campaign experience is not required):

● You have a strong commitment to Democratic values and enthusiasm for electing Kamala Harris and New Hampshire Democrats up and down the ballot.

● Strong knowledge of Google Docs, basic computer literacy, and access to a reliable laptop. ●

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with short deadlines.

● Excellent interpersonal skills and have the ability to work within a team.

● Positive attitude.

● Access to reliable transportation.

This role will be based in New Hampshire and will require in-person work. This is an in person, part-time, hourly paid position. Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15.00 per hour

Expected hours: 5 – 10 per week
