About the Position: Bantam Communications seeks a dynamic Project Manager to lead our portfolio of clean energy clients. This role serves as the primary liaison between clients and internal teams, overseeing digital marketing and community relations campaigns for renewable energy projects.

Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day client relationships and ensure clear communication
• Oversee project workflows across Research & Strategy, Digital, and Community Affairs departments
• Ensure timely, high-quality delivery of all client deliverables
• Provide strategic counsel and integration across website development, digital content, and media efforts
• Lead and coordinate cross-functional teams to execute best-in-class community organizing campaigns
• Conduct quality assurance for all project outputs
• Present regular status reports and updates to clients and internal stakeholders
• Manage project budgets and timelines effectively

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in project management, preferably in public affairs or clean energy
• Proven track record of managing multiple complex projects simultaneously
• Strong leadership and team collaboration skills
• Excellent client management and communication abilities
• Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Monday.com)
• Bachelor's degree in relevant field; PMP certification a plus
