Job Description
Microsoft is looking for a communications or marketing professional to join the Multicultural Communications team managing and evolving the company’s diversity and inclusion campaign and contribute to activations across the Multicultural Communications team.
As an experienced campaign manager, you would primarily manage Microsoft's companywide Diversity & Inclusion (D&I) Campaign. You will be a partner with the team that architects the company’s diversity and inclusion programs to ensure the communications campaign meets key stakeholder goals.
Your assertive and diplomatic approach to campaign management will result in storytelling across internal communications and external communications (including web, social media, and paid advertising) that shows the company’s longstanding commitment to increase diversity and inclusion at Microsoft, and the impact of that effort on our work.
Additionally, you will have the opportunity to support audience-specific brand affinity campaigns across the broader Multicultural Communications team that weave together PR, creator, social media, and owned storytelling, uniquely affording you opportunities to build skills across a breadth of communications disciplines.

Responsibilities
- Develop and execute integrated marketing and communications campaigns to promote Microsoft's D&I commitment, including its the impact on employees.
- Identify high-impact moments and use innovative campaign tactics to increase engagement with the campaign.
Coordinate end-to-end campaign management, including strategy, messaging framework, tactical approach, creative development, logistical execution, performance analysis, and communications agency management. - Collaborate with internal analytics and insights teams to measure campaign impact and uncover opportunities to evolve the campaign.
- Drive operational efficiency across the campaign team.
- Foster a culture of creativity and teamwork within the team and deepen partnerships across Microsoft to expand the impact and reach of the campaign.
- Lead the development of campaign briefs and work with stakeholders and creative teams to produce compelling content that aligns with messaging goals.
- Manage budgets and timelines to ensure the campaign is delivered on time and within budget.
- Utilize data and analytics to improve campaign performance and report on key metrics.
- Stay up-to-date with campaign trends and best practices to continuously improve strategies and tactics, and the DEI landscape to recommend campaign modifications.

Qualifications
Required/Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Finance, or related field AND 4+ years Communications, Marketing Operations, Field Operations, Program Management, Project Management, or related experience
- OR equivalent experience.
Additional or Preferred Qualifications
- 3+ years experience with campaign or creative project management.
- 2+ years experience working in roles that require attention to detail and project management skills.
- Experience in driving integrated marketing or communications campaigns within a highly matrixed organization.
- Effective problem solving and analytical skills with the ability to use data to inform campaign strategies.
- Experience partnering with creative or advertising agency teams to foster teamwork yielding high performing creative assets.
- Communication and collaboration skills to develop relationships with campaign stakeholders and convey the impact of the campaign.
Communications IC4 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $103,800 - $200,300 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $133,700 - $219,200 per year. Certain roles may be eligible for benefits and other compensation.
