Summary
This position is in Office of Enforcement and Compliance Assurance (OECA), OECA
This is an office-centered position*--you must physically report to the duty station stated in this announcement on a regular basis.

You will:
Formulate and implement international policy related to OECA's goals of enforcing environmental laws, as well as develop and update multi-year regional strategies.
Collaborate with OITA, other NPMs, and the Regions for planning and implementing enforcement and compliance assurance engagement and capacity building in priority countries and regions.
Advice and counsel senior management on the program's use of resources, strategic planning, metrics, and results, and represent OECA in all agencies planning efforts on environmental enforcement and compliance internationally.
Provide advice to OECA and Agency senior management on program development.
You will spend less thank 25% of your work time on contracts, grants/cooperative agreements, and/or interagency agreements.
