Director of Youth Programs

Northeast Democratic Senator seeks a Director of Youth Programs. Candidate will manage the DC internship experience for approximately 15 to 30 interns a semester. Individual will conduct interviews for all DC and State office interns and United States Senate Page applicants and will be responsible for making recommendations to senior staff and the Senator. Individual will also submit all ID requests, process new hire authorizations for the Intern Allocation, ensure all training requirements are met, and coordinate technology with our IT team for remote internships as necessary.  Individual must possess exceptional customer service skills, strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment. Position is DC-based. Hill experience is a must.
